Tawny Andersen and Alexandre Le Petit borrow elements from the cinematic language in their investigation of the subject of the uncanny. Fragments of dialogue permeate the space, as lost images appear, settle and then dissolve. This is Uncanny Valley, the no-man’s land between signs and the subjects they represent-- this ‘place without language, or streets’.
